This is for one item, picture shows different angles. Add to Belts, Headpiece, or dress with button holes. Notice back of ornament. Center circle with stones measures 3/4" Triangles measure 3" with bells hanging down. Total length of ornament with chain is 12 1/2" Section up over head measures 3.5"
