1. No competitive links. We welcome resources that will be of use to our members, but please limit any links on this forum to non-commercial links or commercial links that do not directly compete with us. This forum is one of Zarifa's free contributions to foster the belly dance and Egyptan appreciation community - it is not a place to obtain FREE ADVERTISING. We have to pay for our advertising, as should any commercial business. If you are interested in advertising on this site in any form, please contact us. This includes any business that retails or wholesales belly dance accessories, Egyptian decor, or metaphysical supplies. This rule will also apply retroactively; if you post a link to a website that later begins to sell competitive products, the posts will be edited or deleted.
   
   This restriction does NOT apply to dance instructors or their web sites, unless they sell the above items.
2. PG-13 rating. This message forum is, and will remain, kid-safe. Refrain from posting obscene, offensive, hateful, or profane images or text on this message board. We will not entertain arguments on who decides what is obscene. If you don't want to find it in the bedroom of your children or hear it coming out of their mouths, it has no place here.
3. No flaming. Discussions will always get heated, but when it decends into personal attacks or petty bickering, participants will be banned without notice.
4. Personal information is prohibited. Your own, someone else's, email communications, or anything that reveals specific identifying personal details about any person are grounds for immediate banning from this message board. If you wish to allow another member to contact you, please do so by private message only.
5. Member Privacy. The commitment to customer privacy stated on Zarifa's Business Policies Page also applies to usage of this message board.
6. Participants are solely responsible for their content. Although the administrators and moderators of Zarifa's Discussion Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Zarifa's Discussion Forum, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
7. Policy changes. The owners of Zarifa's Discussion Forum reserve the right to alter this member agreement at any time, for any reason. We invite you to visit our Forum Charter and Rules regularly to remain apprised of any changes in this policy.
